Men's Pajama and Sleepwear Manufacturing FAQs
The questions menswear buyers ask most often before placing a first men's sleepwear order.
What is the difference between sleepwear, nightwear and pajamas?
They overlap. Pajamas is the garment term for a matched top and bottom, sleepwear is the American category name that also covers sleep shirts and sleep pants, and nightwear is the British and Australian term for the same shelf. We quote and cut all three, so the wording on your packaging can follow the market you sell into.
Do you make both woven and knit men's sleepwear?
Yes, and most ranges need both. Woven cotton poplin is the standard for a classic button-front pajama set, while jersey, cotton blend and modal knit are used for sleep pants and lounge sets. Both are cut in the same workshop and can be ordered together under one minimum.
Can the top and the bottom be sized independently?
Yes, and most menswear buyers do it. Send your size chart and we grade the shirt and the pant separately, then pack them as matched sets or as separate SKUs. Both pieces are still cut from the same approved fabric lot.
Can you match a men's pajama set we already sell?
Send the reference set or a tech pack. We measure the top and the bottom, propose the closest available fabric and construction, and develop a sample for your approval before bulk production.
What is the minimum order quantity for custom men's sleepwear?
100 pieces per style and colour, which is deliberately low for a men's sleepwear manufacturer. Sizes can be mixed inside that quantity, so you can test one silhouette or one print before committing to a full season.
Do you supply private label and wholesale men's sleepwear?
Yes. We work as a private label men's sleepwear supplier, as an OEM manufacturer on your own tech packs, and as an ODM development partner building from our existing blocks. ODM is usually the fastest route to a first range.
