Custom Bathrobe Manufacturer

Why Brands Choose KoalaPurr as Their Custom Bathrobe Manufacturer

KoalaPurr is a Dongguan-based bathrobe manufacturer producing custom robes and dressing gowns for hotel, spa and private label programmes. Sampling runs in 7 to 14 days, bulk production in 24 to 30 days, and the workshop holds ISO 9001, SEDEX, OEKO-TEX and EC REP credentials for US and EU buyers.

Two Buyers, One Robe Line

Hospitality groups order white waffle and terry robes in bulk for guest rooms, while brands order satin, modal and flannel robes for retail. Both run on the same line and the same minimums.

Five Robe Constructions Under One Roof

Waffle, terry cloth, satin, modal and bamboo, and flannel. Our fabric knowledge base records how each one drapes and ages.

Logo Embroidery and Private Label Trims

Chest or cuff embroidery, contrast piping, lace trim and woven labels are all made to your artwork, so the robe leaves the workshop carrying your brand or your property name.

Collars and Lengths Cut to Your Market

Hooded, shawl collar or kimono wrap, at knee, mid-calf or floor length. Robes are cut against your size chart rather than forced into one fixed block.

What You Can Specify in a Private Label Bathrobe Range

Every robe is developed from your brief rather than picked from a fixed catalogue. These are the variables you control, and the one that changes the garment most is construction.

Fabrics
Waffle weave, terry cloth, satin, modal, bamboo viscose and flannel, in weights chosen for the market you sell into.
Construction
Woven as standard for waffle, terry, satin and flannel; knit for modal and bamboo. This single choice drives how the robe drapes, how heavy it feels and how it hangs after laundering.
Styles and lengths
Hooded, shawl collar and kimono wrap, at knee length, mid-calf or floor length, with fringe trim or contrast piping on request.
Closure and details
Self-tie waist belts, belt loops, patch pockets, lace sleeves, scallop trim, topstitching and chest or cuff embroidery.
Colours and prints
Hotel white and ivory as core hospitality shades, plus tartan plaid, floral print and solid dyeing matched to a Pantone reference.
Labels and packaging
Woven labels, care and content labels, hangtags, robe bags and gift boxes.
Certifications
ISO 9001, SEDEX, OEKO-TEX and EC REP, covering the quality, social compliance and chemical safety documentation hotel groups and retailers ask for.
Sampling
Reference-set matching and pre-production samples, typically within 7 to 14 days, checked as a finished robe before anything is cut for bulk.

How to Place a Custom Bathrobe Order

A standard OEM sleepwear and robe production run moves through five stages, and you approve the output of the first three before bulk starts.

  1. 01

    Share Your Brief

Robe style, fabric direction, length, target quantity, property or brand and market.

  2. 02

    Fabric and Colour Approval

We propose fabrics, weights and trims, then send swatches and lab dips for sign-off.

  3. 03

    Fit and Pre-Production Sampling

Samples are developed in about 7 to 14 days, checked as a finished robe, then reviewed and approved.

  4. 04

    Bulk Production

Cutting, sewing, embellishment and in-line checks, with every robe in the run built to the approved sample. Bulk takes about 24 to 30 days after approval.

  5. 05

    Inspection and Shipping

Final quality inspection, packing to your specification and export documents.

Women's Robe and Bathrobe Manufacturing FAQs

The questions buyers ask most often before placing a first robe order.

What is the difference between a bathrobe and a dressing gown?

It is mostly a naming difference. A bathrobe is the US term for the towelling or waffle robe worn after bathing, while a dressing gown is the British term and usually runs longer with a wrap front. We quote and cut both, and the term on your care label can follow the market you sell into.

Which robe fabric suits hotel and spa use best?

Waffle weave for lighter, faster-drying guest robes and terry cloth where guests expect a plush, absorbent feel. Both are cut in hotel white as standard, and both can carry embroidered property names or logos.

Can you embroider our logo on the robes?

Yes. Chest, cuff and pocket embroidery are all available, along with woven labels, care labels and hangtags, so a hotel group or a retail brand can brand the finished robe completely.

Do you make bridal robes and bridesmaid sets?

Yes. Satin and modal-bamboo are the usual fabrics for bridal and bridesmaid robes, with lace trim, contrast piping or embroidery, and we can develop ODM robe styles from our existing blocks if you would rather not start from a tech pack.

What is the minimum order quantity for custom robes?

100 pieces per style and colour, which is deliberately low for a robe manufacturer. Sizes can be mixed inside that quantity, so you can test one collar shape or length before committing to a full season.

Can you match a robe sample we already sell?

Send the reference robe or a tech pack. We measure it, propose the closest available fabric and construction, and develop a sample for your approval before bulk production.
