Fabrics and Options You Can Specify

Every order is developed from your brief rather than picked from a fixed catalog. Construction decides how a men's set wears, so we send swatches and confirm woven or knit before anything is cut.

Model wearing a blue and white striped men's cotton pajama set with a button-front shirt and matching pants
Fabrics
Woven cotton poplin as the standard for button-front sets, plus cotton-polyester blends for price-driven lines, satin for a smoother face, and modal or jersey knit for pants and lounge sets. Weights are chosen for the season you sell into.
Construction
Woven or knit, and the two are not interchangeable. Woven poplin gives a pajama set its crisp shirt front and pressed appearance; knit gives sleep pants and lounge sets their stretch and drape. One order can carry both.
Tops and bottoms
Graded separately against your size chart, so a shirt and a pant can be ordered in different sizes inside one set. Also available as stand-alone SKUs when you only need one piece.
Prints and colorways
Subdued solids matched to a Pantone reference, yarn-dyed and printed stripes, checks, plaid and placement prints.
Trims, labels and packaging
Notch and shirt collars, button-front and fly fronts, chest pockets, elastic and drawstring waists, cuffed hems and contrast piping, with woven labels, care and content labels, hangtags, polybags and boxed presentation.
Sizing and fit
Work from your existing size chart, or have a graded run developed for the market you sell into.

From Your Design to a Shipped Order

Five stages, and you approve the sample before bulk production starts.

  1. 01

    Send Your Brief

A tech pack, reference set, sketch or image, with your top and bottom size charts. We reply with a feasibility view, construction direction and a quotation. 1–2 days.

  2. 02

    Fabric and Color Approval

We propose woven and knit options, weights and colors matched to a Pantone reference, then send swatches and lab dips for sign-off before anything is cut.

  3. 03

    Sampling

We develop the pattern and grade the top and the bottom separately, then revise until you sign off the pre-production sample. 7–14 days plus revision rounds.

  4. 04

    Bulk Production

Cutting, sewing, printing or embroidery and in-line checks run through our own workshop. 24–30 days from sample approval.

  5. 05

Men's Pajama and Sleepwear Manufacturing FAQs

The questions menswear buyers ask most often before placing a first order. Select a question to read the answer.

Can you make men's pajamas under our own brand?

Yes. We work as a private label and OEM men's sleepwear supplier. Your branding goes on the woven label, care label, hangtag and packaging, and our own label is not used on the finished garment.

Which fabrics are best for men's sleepwear?

Woven cotton poplin for a classic button-front set, cotton-polyester blends for price-driven lines, satin for a smoother face, and jersey or modal knit for pants and lounge sets. Swatches can be sent for you to compare weight and handle.

Can the top and the bottom be sized independently?

Yes, and most menswear buyers do it. Send your size chart and we grade the shirt and the pant separately, then pack them as matched sets or as separate SKUs. Both pieces are still cut from the same approved fabric lot.

Can you match a men's pajama set we already sell?

Send the reference set or a tech pack. We measure the top and the bottom, propose the closest available fabric and construction, and develop a sample for your approval before bulk production.

How long does sampling and bulk production take?

First samples typically take 7–14 days once fabric and fit are confirmed, then bulk production runs 24–30 days from sample approval. The stage-by-stage breakdown is set out above.
