Custom Bathrobe Manufacturer for Hotels, Resorts & Spas
KoalaPurr develops and manufactures custom bathrobes for guest rooms, resort stays and spa visits. Choose the fabric, fit and finishing details, with our team coordinating sampling, logo embroidery and bulk production.

Bathrobes for your guest experience
A robe for a quiet suite can call for a different weight and fit from one used between spa treatments. Start with where—and how—your guests will wear it.
Hotel Guest Rooms & Suites
Develop a welcoming robe for after-shower comfort and relaxed mornings. Consider the handfeel, front coverage and size range alongside embroidery that reflects your hotel’s identity.
Resorts & Poolside Areas
Plan robes for the walk from a guest room to a pool or wellness area. Balance coverage and freedom of movement, with a length and fabric weight suited to the setting.
Spas & Wellness Centers
Create a comfortable layer for changing, treatment breaks and lounge areas. Discuss sleeve room, belt placement and preferred coverage, together with your laundering routine.

Terry Bathrobes
The looped surface gives terry its characteristic texture. For after-bath use, compare the sample’s absorbency, softness and finished garment weight.
Discuss composition, GSM and the feel you want for your guest rooms.Explore terry bathrobes →
Waffle Bathrobes
The honeycomb texture creates a distinct look for spa and resort settings. Review the fabric’s weight, coverage and handfeel against your preferred sample.
Discuss how the robe should feel during treatments, breaks and relaxed stays.Explore waffle robes →Composition
Cotton describes the fiber; terry and waffle describe the fabric structure. Confirm both when discussing a cotton bathrobe. Explore our fabric knowledge hub for material guidance.
Weight & coverage
Compare GSM together with robe length and size. The fabric weight alone will not tell you how the finished robe feels to wear.
Care & wash review
Share your intended wash and drying conditions. Review the sample for dimensional change, appearance and handfeel before approval.
Specific compositions, GSM options and colors are confirmed during sourcing. Any required absorbency, drying or commercial-laundry performance should be agreed and verified for the selected fabric.
Choose the length for your setting
From above-knee to ankle-length, the hem changes how much coverage a bathrobe offers. Use these silhouettes to discuss the look and feel you want for your guests.
Short / Above Knee
A shorter silhouette for spa changing areas or warm-weather stays when lighter coverage is preferred.
Knee-Length
Coverage around the knee for guest-room and after-bath use, with room for comfortable movement.
Mid-Calf
More leg coverage for suite stays and spa lounges, with a longer, relaxed silhouette.
Long / Ankle-Length
Extended coverage for lounge use. Set the hem with wearer height and walking clearance in mind.
Length names describe a general silhouette. The same garment length can sit differently on different heights, so we confirm finished robe measurements for each size during development.

Collar & silhouette
Discuss a shawl collar, a clean kimono collar or a hooded design. Adjust sleeve shape and robe length around the look and coverage you prefer.
Fit, belts & pockets
Develop garment measurements, front overlap and belt placement for your size range. Pocket size, belt width and belt-loop position can be included in the sample specifications.
Color & logo embroidery
Share your color direction and logo artwork. Our team can review embroidery size, thread colors and placement with you before the final sample is approved.
Labels & packaging
Add your brand, size and care labels, with packaging discussed around your order. For guest retail or gifting, let us know how you want each robe presented.

Hotel & spa bathrobe FAQ
A few practical details to help you plan your first sample and production order.
What is your MOQ for custom bathrobes?
Our standard MOQ is 100 pieces per style per color. Share your planned quantities and size breakdown so our team can review the order details.
Which fabric and GSM should we choose?
Start with where guests will wear the robe, the feel you want and your wash routine. We can help source options for sampling; review the finished robe rather than choosing by GSM alone.
Can you embroider our hotel or spa logo?
Yes. We have in-house embroidery operations and can develop logo details for your bathrobes. Send your artwork, preferred placement and approximate size so we can review them for sampling.
Can we start without a tech pack?
Yes. Send a reference image, sketch or physical sample, along with your fabric and size preferences. Our team can help develop the garment specifications for sampling.
How long do sampling and production take?
Sample development usually takes 7–14 days, and bulk production typically takes 24–30 days, depending on the project. Our team will confirm the schedule for your order; shipping time is separate.
Can we reorder the same bathrobe later?
We can review repeat orders using the approved sample and specifications. Fabric availability, color matching, quantities and production timing need to be reconfirmed for each order.
