How does sample development and revision work?
Sample policy depends on the reason for revision:
If the revision is due to our production or workmanship issue, we will take responsibility and remake the sample accordingly.
If the revision is due to client design changes, new requirements, or unclear initial direction, a new sample charge may apply.
Most styles are finalized within about 1–3 rounds of revisions. Styles with new construction, custom printing, or special fabrics may need more, and we will tell you before an extra round starts.
This ensures a fair and transparent development process for both sides.
