Custom Women's Horse Print Cotton Pajama Set
A pyjama set in a cream cotton poplin, printed with a burgundy galloping horse between two ornamental bands, and trimmed with burgundy piping at the collar, placket and cuffs. The shirt has a notch collar, a chest pocket and a 3/4 sleeve finished with a ruffle cuff; the pant is straight leg with an elastic waist and a flat burgundy ribbon drawcord. The print is engineered as a border with the motif held between the bands, so the horse never lands on a seam at an odd angle. Shown in cream with burgundy; the motif and the border spacing can be reworked to your own artwork.
Print & Border — Horse Print Pajama Set
This is an engineered border rather than a straight all-over repeat: the horse sits in a field between two ornamental lines, so the printable area has to be laid out panel by panel. That costs more than a simple repeat - the marker has to be planned around the border position, and the body, sleeve and pocket are all cut to keep the lines horizontal. The ruffle cuff is gathered at the sleeve end rather than set into a band, which keeps the sleeve light and allows a shorter, 3/4 length without it reading as a cropped sleeve. The ribbon drawcord runs free through the elastic channel so it can be pulled to one side without distorting the waist.
