Fabrics and Options You Can Specify
Every order is developed from your brief rather than picked from a fixed catalog. Fabric decides handle, drape and price, so we send swatches before anything is cut.

- Fabrics
- Modal, bamboo viscose and TENCEL™ Lyocell give a soft, fluid drape that suits sleepwear worn against the skin. Cotton and cotton gauze feel drier and crisper, and hold up to a warm wash. Satin has a smooth, cool face for slip styles. Knit, woven, ribbed and waffle each change how a set falls.
- Prints and colorways
- Digital and rotary print, yarn-dyed stripes, and solid dyeing matched to a Pantone reference.
- Trims, labels and packaging
- Contrast piping, lace and scallop trim, shell buttons, adjustable straps, pleats and elasticated waists, with woven labels, care and content labels, hangtags, polybags and gift boxes.
- Sizing and fit
- Work from your existing size chart, or have a graded run developed for the market you sell into.
From Your Design to a Shipped Order
Five stages, and you approve the sample before bulk production starts.
-
01
Send Your Brief
A tech pack, reference garment, sketch or image. We reply with a feasibility view, fabric direction and a quotation. 1–2 days.
-
02
Fabric and Color Approval
We propose woven and knit options, prints and solid colors matched to a Pantone reference, then send swatches and lab dips for sign-off before anything is cut.
-
03
Sampling
We develop the pattern and grade the size run, then revise until you sign off the pre-production sample. 7–14 days plus revision rounds.
-
04
Bulk Production
Cutting, sewing, finishing and in-line checks run through our own workshop. 24–30 days from sample approval.
-
05
Inspection and Delivery
AQL final inspection, garment measurement and a packing check with a written report, then shipment FOB, CFR, CIF, EXW or DDP. 2–3 days.
Sampled, Sewn and Checked in Our Own Factory
Pattern, sampling, sewing and finishing run through our Dongguan workshop, so one team answers for the whole order. Fabric is bought to your brief and inspected on arrival. See our manufacturing capability.
Pattern and Sampling In House
Pattern development and full size grading from your tech pack or reference garment, with first samples in 7–14 days.
Sewing and Finishing Lines
In-house assembly with contrast piping, lace and scallop trim, digital print and embroidery, finished with your labels and packaging.
Inspected Before It Ships
Incoming fabric check, in-line inspection, garment measurement, wash and color-fastness testing, and an AQL final inspection with a written report.

The questions brand owners ask most often before placing a first order. Select a question to read the answer.
Can you make women's pajamas under our own brand?
Yes. We work as a private label and OEM women's pajama supplier. Your branding goes on the woven label, care label, hangtag and packaging, and our own label is not used on the finished garment.
Which fabrics are best for women's pajamas?
Modal and bamboo viscose for softness and drape, cotton for breathability, TENCEL™ Lyocell for moisture management, and satin or viscose for a smoother finish. Swatches can be sent for you to compare weight and handle.
Can you match a pajama sample we already have?
Send the reference garment or a tech pack. We measure it, propose the closest available fabric, and develop a fit sample for approval before bulk production.
How long does sampling and bulk production take?
First samples typically take 7–14 days once fabric and fit are confirmed, then bulk production runs 24–30 days from sample approval. The stage-by-stage breakdown is set out above.
Can you match our existing fit and size grading?
Yes. Send a reference garment or tech pack and we will match the base fit, then grade it across US, EU, UK, AU/NZ and GCC size runs, keeping that grading consistent on repeat orders.
